Bodyworks Massage Therapy is happy to offer the option of direct billing for patients. We direct bill to most insurance company. We ask that patients prearrange their insurance details prior to their appointment between Monday to Friday, during the day from 9:00am – 4:00pm. It helps to prepare your insurance before your scheduled appointment. It is also recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes before your first appointment to fill out your New Patient intake form and additional direct billing forms. Please remember to bring your insurance card and plan member details.
